Recently, we said goodbye to one of our long-time expatriate customers who is leaving Singapore to begin an exciting new chapter overseas. Over the past two years, we've had the pleasure of being part of his laundry and dry cleaning routine. From regular laundry pickups and deliveries to the occasional curtain cleaning request, what started as a simple service gradually became something we always looked forward to. A familiar face, a friendly conversation, and a customer who eventually felt more like a friend.

As we completed what might have been one of his final laundry deliveries before his move, it reminded us that our work has never been just about freshly cleaned clothes. Every pickup has a story, every delivery builds a connection, and sometimes the strongest relationships are built through the simplest conversations.
